Parcels returned to us due to missed delivery can be reshipped at your own cost.

Personalised Items

Please allow up to 3 working days for orders to be personalised PLUS delivery timeframes.

Personalised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If your order contains personalised and non-personalised items, all items will be shipped at same time.

Buyer is responsible for any fees, duty or customs charges.


Rest assured, all our products are individually checked before being packaged and sent out to you. But if for any reason you need to return an item, you have 14 days from your parcel's delivery date.

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange. Delivery costs will not be reimbursed.

Returns must be made at your own cost. In the case of an exchange, you will not need to pay redelivery costs for the new item.

Sale items and personalised items are non-returnable.

Full priced items must be returned in the original packaging, with the tags still attached.

Items must be unworn and unwashed and free from any stains, marks, pet hairs and smells.

We reserve all rights to reject any return items if we deem your item to have been tampered with, purposefully damaged or altered in any way for the purpose of obtaining a refund. ​

What do I do if my product is faulty?

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us ASAP at with a picture of the faulty item. 


How do I return my order?

Please contact us to let us know you wish to return your item by emailing Alternatively, please write your name and contact details and include with your package. You can return your items to us for an exchange or refund at the following address:

In the event of an exchange, please let us know the size you wish to exchange for. We cannot guarantee that the desired item will be in stock. Should the item be out of stock, you will be issued a refund or the option to exchange for another item.


When will I get my refund?


​We will issue your refund within 7 days of receiving your returned package into our warehouse. We will send you an email when your return has been processed.


Refunds will clear immediately upon processing via PayPal or within 3-5 working days for card payments.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Once you order has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled or amended. 


Unfortunately, deliveries do sometimes get delayed, lost or damaged in transit which is out of our control.

In this instance please contact us on stating your delivery address, date the order was placed and tracking number and we will raise an enquiry with the courier on your behalf.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund or replace orders before the investigation is complete as if the order is delivered in the meantime, any claim will automatically be cancelled by the courier.
